Superintendent Plumbing/Foreman – North Orange County

The Plumbing Superintendent is a hands-on manager who is comfortable directing and evaluating on-site personnel by staying engaged in all aspects of the project. They must maintain an open, positive, and professional line of communication with the company’s customers, i.e., builders, vendors, homeowners, internal customers, and trade partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Troubleshooting and working through construction issues to come up with creative solutions without sacrificing quality

Startup and testing in new residential HVAC equipment

Highly organized with superior communication skills
SKILLS:

Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems in multi-family dwellings.

Skilled in relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures installation and maintenance.

Advanced knowledge of Plumbing materials, equipment, and appropriately matched systems.

Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints.

Familiarity with Project Management skills, including scope, time, and budget management.

Solid understanding of building plans and specifications and the ability to maintain and interpret construction drawings for on-site team.

Ability to successfully coordinate schedules, workforce, equipment, and resources.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Plumbing- Superintendent and/or Foreman
- Experience working in a multifamily construction environment
- OSHA Site Safety Experience
- Must have a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Multi-lingual with fluency in English and Spanish a plus
